Optima started in 1992 and has grown to more than 100 employees across four offices in North Carolina. We’re an award-winning firm proud to offer quality MEP/FP design and consulting services, BIM and VDC, lighting design, technology design, and commissioning.

It is our responsibility to our clients to do what is right every time, not just what is easiest.  Being the best means our project managers look at each job from the viewpoint of the owner or end user.  Projects are not just about scope, contracts and fees.  We evaluate each project to ensure the best building operations and systems for the longest life use of the asset.  Our commitment to ongoing communications with clients and owners through every phase of design and construction is the driving force behind our long-standing relationships with our clients and owners.
