Optima Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology design engineering consulting services for Palisades High School. This project involved the new construction of a three-story, 325,000 SF located in Charlotte, NC. Palisades High School was completed in the summer of 2022. Located next to Palisades Park Elementary School, Palisades High School was developed to provide relief for Olympic High School. The school serves approximately 1,300 students and includes approximately 100 classrooms, full athletic facilities, and a natatorium.
