Optima Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for Holly Springs Fire Station No. 3. This facility is a new 15,500 SF, single-story public safety facility designed to support the Town’s growing emergency response needs. The station included three apparatus bays, dedicated EMS accommodations, firefighter living quarters, administrative offices, training and support spaces, decontamination facilities, fitness and wellness areas, kitchen and dining facilities, and associated storage and operational support areas.

Optima’s scope included the design of HVAC systems, electrical power distribution and lighting systems, plumbing infrastructure, fire protection systems, emergency power provisions, and site lighting to support continuous operations and enhance occupant safety, functionality, and energy efficiency throughout the facility.
