Ballantyne Ridge High School

Optima Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for Ballantyne Ridge High School, a new 300,000 SF, four-story high school developed to help alleviate overcrowding at several nearby schools. Completed on an accelerated 24-month schedule, the facility opened for the 2024–2025 academic year and features 100 classrooms, a state-of-the-art auditorium, a full-size gymnasium, dining facilities, and extensive student support spaces. The campus also includes athletic support buildings, multiple sports fields, and site improvements designed to support the school’s long-term growth and success.
