The Levine College of Health Sciences at Wingate University is a 68,000 SF, three-story academic facility designed to support the university’s growing health sciences programs. The building features large lecture halls, classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, faculty offices, and a kitchen and dining area, as well as a third-floor research laboratory designed to meet ISO 7 (Class 10,000) clean room standards.

Serving as the Engineer of Record and Fundamental Commissioning Authority, Optima Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology engineering services to support the delivery of this high-performance academic facility. The building provides a modern learning and research environment that prepares students for careers in the healthcare industry.
