The Atticus Office Renovation was a multi-phase renovation of an existing two-story office building in Cary, North Carolina. The project included a 5,950 SF fitness center renovation, a 4,327 SF locker room renovation, a 2,270 SF catering kitchen, and approximately 20,000 SF of second-floor office renovations.

Designed to enhance both employee wellness and workplace functionality, the renovation transformed key areas of the building into modern, amenity-rich spaces. The project upgraded building systems to support new fitness, dining, and office environments while maximizing the value of the existing facility. The result is a refreshed workplace that promotes employee comfort, collaboration, and an improved overall tenant experience.
