Optima Engineering provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design for Smith Hall at Campbell University. This four-story, 72,000 SF facility supports the College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. Smith Hall features classrooms, skills labs, health assessment labs, study areas, and clinical examination rooms, all designed to encourage collaboration and interdisciplinary learning. The building also includes research spaces on the fourth floor, which support biomedical research across multiple fields.
