Optima Engineering provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) design for Smith Hall at Campbell University. This four-story, 72,000-square-foot facility supports the College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. Smith Hall features classrooms, skills labs, health assessment labs, study areas, and clinical examination rooms, all designed to encourage collaboration and interdisciplinary learning. The building also includes research spaces on the fourth floor, supporting biomedical research across multiple fields.
