Optima provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for Highwoods Properties’ corporate office upfit in the Wells Fargo Building in Downtown Raleigh, NC. Highwoods planned to occupy the 14th & 15th floors of the building, totaling more than 34,300 SF. Highwoods’ goals were to create a healthy mix of open collaborative space, as well as open concept cubicles and private office spaces, totaling 47 offices and 103 workstations.
