Optima provided MEP engineering design services for Highwoods Properties Corporate office upfit in the Wells Fargo Building in Downtown Raleigh. Highwoods planned to occupy the 14th & 15th floors of the building totaling more than 34,300 SF . Highwoods’ goals were to create a healthy mix of open collaborative space as well as open concept cubicles and private office spaces, totaling 47 offices and 103 workstations.
