NASCAR Hall of Fame

The NASCAR Hall of Fame has undergone a strategic space optimization project designed to enhance educational programming, visitor experiences, and event flexibility within the existing facility. Improvements include expanding an existing workshop area that adds a second level dedicated to educational uses, a new café space, flexible event areas, and enhanced outdoor gathering and support spaces.

Optima Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for the project, supporting the integration of new building systems within the active facility. The project creates modern, adaptable spaces that support education, events, and visitor engagement while improving functionality throughout one of Charlotte’s premier cultural destinations.
