Additional support spaces for students include social lounges, study rooms, laundry rooms, kitchen, and vending. Building administration areas include offices and separate apartments for residence life staff, as well as a central reception counter at the main entrance. The residence hall opened in 2016 and was awarded 2 Green Globes.
