Optima Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services for the phased renovation of approximately 378,000 SF within Wells Fargo’s Western Virginia Operations Center campus in Roanoke, Virginia. The project transformed multiple occupied office buildings to align with Wells Fargo’s Contact Center and Operations standards, creating a cohesive workplace environment through updated finishes, ceilings, LED lighting, and wayfinding systems.

Careful planning and coordination were required to execute construction in multiple phases while maintaining uninterrupted operations throughout the occupied campus. The project modernized building systems, improved energy efficiency, and enhanced the overall employee experience across the facility.
